摘要 1病例介绍患者,女,73岁,10个月前因“颜面、双下肢水肿1月余”入我科住院治疗,诊断为肾病综合征,疑似膜性肾病。患者拒绝行肾脏穿刺活检。予波尼松30mg qd及环磷酰胺0.6g治疗6次。患者4个月前出院后自行停用激素等药物,并未再来院随诊。现因颜面、双下肢浮肿较前加重,腹胀明显,活动后胸闷气急再次入我科治疗。
