基于CNKI数据库文献计量的产业集聚环境效应研究

Environmental Effects of Industrial Agglomeration Based on the Bibliometrical Analysis of CNKI Database

产业集聚在促进经济发展和社会繁荣时,一方面通过污染效应,导致污染排放量增加;另一方面通过自净效应,有效减少污染排放总量。产业集聚过程中污染效应与自净效应同时产生作用,使产业集聚与环境污染之间关系呈非线性、多因素的均衡结果。该研究首先对CNKI数据库中455篇与产业集聚环境效应相关的文献进行计量分析;然后基于70篇代表性文献,分析产业集聚环境效应的主要研究领域,以及各领域研究结论尚未取得一致的原因;最后在上述分析的基础上,展望产业集聚环境效应研究有待拓展的领域和方向。结果表明,(1)已开展研究关键词包括"环境效应"、"环境污染"、"城镇化"、"产业转移"等,研究经费主要来源于国家自然科学基金和国家社会科学基金等,研究机构主要为中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所、中国科学院大学、南京理工大学等,主要载文期刊为《中国人口·资源与环境》、《地理科学进展》等。(2)已开展的主要研究领域为:产业集聚的环境空间效应、产业集聚的环境效应评估、产业集聚对环境效应作用机制、产业集聚与区域环境协调发展。(3)研究结论未达成一致的原因有:环境效应的空间性、环境效应的复合性、研究假设的差异性、环境承载力的异质性。该研究认为有待拓展的领域和方向为:产业集聚的环境空间效应及动态化分析、产业集聚的环境效应评估及政策响应、产业集聚与环境效应相互作用机制分析、产业集聚背景下区域资源环境承载力清单构建。

Industrial agglomeration has significantly promoted economic development and social prosperity. While industrial agglomeration has led to quantitative increase in total amount of pollutants in terms of pollution-effect, it has reduced the total amount of pollution because of self-purification. Due to the coexistence of pollution-effect and self-purification, the relationship between industrial agglomeration and environmental effect presents to be nonlinear and is expressed as an multi-factor equation. In this study, 455 literatures on the environmental effects of industrial agglomeration in CNKI database were analyzed bibliometrically. A total of 70 representative papers were selected for the analysis of the main study directions and the corresponding conclusions. Furthermore, research gaps and future research directions in this area are also proposed. It was found,(1) keywords related to the environmental effects of industrial agglomeration included 'environmental effects', 'environmental pollution', 'urbanization' and 'industrial transfer' etc, and the studies were mostly supported by the National Natural Science Foundation and the National Social Science Foundation and carried out by researchers mainly from the Institute of Geographical Sciences and Natural Resources, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Nanjing University of Science and Technology etc, and most of the literatures were published on journals China Population Resources and Environment, and Progress in Geography Science etc;(2) Several study topics were focused, e.g. spatial environmental effect of industrial agglomeration, evaluation of environmental effects of industrial agglomeration, mechanisms of how industrial agglomeration affected environment, and coordinated development of industrial agglomeration and regional environment;And(3) inconsistent conclusions were drawn from the main studies, which was likely to be the spatiality and complexity of the environmental effects, the differences in theoretical hypotheses of different studies, and the heterogeneity of regional resources and environmental carrying capacity. Future studies in the area of environmental effect of industrial agglomeration are proposed to be spatiality of environmental effects and dynamics of industrial agglomeration, assessment of environmental effects and policy implications, interaction between industrial agglomeration and environmental effects, and construction of the lists of regional resources and environmental carrying capacity during industrial agglomeration.
