摘要 针对黑岱沟露天煤矿岩石松动爆破炸药单耗较高的问题,采用炮孔分段装药结构技术,减小爆破峰值压力、延长应力波在炮孔内的作用时间,从而减小破碎区范围,增加裂隙区范围,提高了爆破效果,降低了岩石松动爆破炸药单耗,分析并掌握了炮孔分段装药结构降低爆破炸药单耗的规律。 Aiming at the problem of high unit consumption of rock loose blasting explosive in Heidaigou opencast coal mine,the blasting peak pressure is reduced and the time of stress wave acting in the blasting hole is prolonged by adopting the technology of blasting hole subsection charge structure,thus reducing the area of broken area,increasing the area of fracture area,improving blasting effect,reducing the unit consumption of rock loose blasting explosive,analyzing and mastering the rule of reducing unit consumption of blasting explosive with the structure of segmental charge of blasting hole.
