摘要
MT5500、4400卡车由特莱克斯北方采矿公司专门为露天矿开采设计开发,采用GE公司设计生产的电气系统。由于MT5500、4400卡车蓄电池隔离开关在设计时存在安装高度高、位置空间小,设备操作人员关闭、打开蓄电池隔离开关时需要使用卡车发动机登高梯,使用登高梯时存在空间、高度、环境等因素易造成人员坠落事故,尤其是雨天、雪天、地面有湿滑的稀泥的情况时,脚上踩有稀泥,上下发动机登高梯,特别容易滑下发动机登高梯,造成滑落事故,存在一定的安全隐患。为了确保设备操作人员可以快速、安全的关闭或打开蓄电池隔离开关,改造后新蓄电池隔离开关的位置会更加合理、安全的位置,消除了设备操作人员登高操作的安全隐患,还有突发情况电路连电、着火等紧急情况能在最短时间关闭电源,控制火源,降低损失。
The MT5500 and 4400 trucks is specially designed and developed by Telaikesi Northern Mining Company for opencast mine and used the electrical system designed and produced by GE.Due to the high installation height and small position space in the design of MT5500 and 4400 truck storage battery isolation switch,equipment operators need to use truck engines to climb the elevator when closing and opening the switch of storage battery.When using a ladder,there are factors such as space,height,and environment that can easily cause personnel to fall,especially when there is wet mud on the ground,rain,snow,and wet mud on the ground.It is particularly easy to slide down the engine to climb the ladder.There are certain safety hazards in causing sliding accidents.In order to ensure that equipment operators can quickly and safely turn off or turn on the battery switch,the position of the new battery switch will be more reasonable and safe,which eliminate the safety hazards of equipment operators climbing operations,as well as emergency situations such as electrical connections and fires can shut down power in the shortest possible time,control the source of fire,and reduce losses.
