This paper introduces the analysis and treatment process of vibration-increased of 600MW generator that caused by rotor moving blade fracture in a thermal power plant.Through the in-depth analysis of the material,manufacturing process and installation process of the rotor moving blade of the generator,the main reasons for the fracture of the rotor moving blade of the generator are studied,and the preventive measures are formulated.The hidden trouble of the equipment is successfully treated.
