摘要
枣泉煤矿胶带机双驱(变频器)投入运行后,IGBT功率模块频繁烧毁,主要原因是安装公司在进行变频器输入、输出电缆接线时,电缆配置过长,将剩余电缆盘成圈放置于变频器下方,人为形成一个感抗较大的电感,导致设备的电气特性改变引起的故障。
After the double drive(frequency converter)of the belt machine of Zaoquan Coal Mine was put into operation,the IGBT power module burned frequently,the main reason was that the installation company was carrying on the input of the converter and the output cable connection,the cable configuration was too long.A large inductance is formed by placing the remaining cable disk in circles under the inverter,which results in the fault caused by the change of the electrical characteristics of the equipment.
