摘要
油液污染是造成液压系统摩擦副表面磨损、氧化锈蚀、刮伤的主要原因,传统的液压油离线抽样检测方法存在即时性差、不能实现油质状态提前预警的缺陷,在线监测是大型养路机械设备液压油油液监测的重要发展方向,在对国内外油液在线监测传感器发展情况进行介绍的基础上,提出了一种液压油油液污染在线监测系统的构建模型,并对在线油液监测技术的发展方向进行了讨论。
Oil contamination is the main cause of surface wear,oxidation rust and scrape of friction pairs surface in hydraulic system.Traditional off-line sampling method of hydraulic oil has the defects of real time difference,which can't realize the early warning of oil quality state.On-line monitoring is an important development direction of hydraulic oil monitoring for large-scale road maintenance machinery and equipment.Based on the introduction of the development of oil on-line monitoring sensors at home and abroad,this paper presents a model of on-line monitoring system for oil pollution of hydraulic oil,and discusses the development direction of on-line oil monitoring technology.
