摘要
目的探究应用冰冻切片病理诊断法诊断乳腺硬化性腺病的诊断效果。方法方便选取2014年10月—2017年10月于该院收治的乳腺硬化性腺病患者68例。纳入的所有患者均进行术中冰冻切片病理诊断,并与术后石蜡切片病理诊断对照,分析冰冻切片病理诊断方法的诊断效果。所有患者均清楚本次研究的目的,并且愿意配合研究过程。结果 45例患者冰冻切片表现为腺体旋涡状排列,占百分比为66.18%,能够通过显微镜清楚地观察到部分腺体被挤扁以及断续的肌上皮,腺上皮呈增生,且存在部分增生组织融合的现象,排列方式为片状,并能够向周围脂肪组织以及间质呈浸润性发展,生长方式为放射状,局部上皮细胞呈条索状;23例患者的冰冻切片表现为大汗腺化生,占百分比为33.82%。与术后石蜡切片病理诊断对照,冰冻切片的诊断准确率60.29%(41/68),误诊率为39.71%(27/68)。结论尽管冰冻切片病理诊断的操作便捷,但在乳腺硬化性腺病诊断中的准确度仍有待进一步提高,临床应用应结合症状、影像学检查、实验室检查等进行综合诊断。
Objective To study the application effect of frozen sections in Pathological diagnosis of sclerosing adenosis of the breast.Methods 68 cases of patients with sclerosing adenosis of the breast admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2017 were selected and diagnosed by the intraoperative frozen sections,and compared with the postoperative pathological diagnosis of paraffin sections,and the diagnosis effect was analyzed,and all patients knew the study purpose and wanted to cooperate with the study process.Results The frozen slices of 45 cases were shown whirllike arrangement,accounting for 66.18%,some squashed glands and intermittent myoepithelial cells could be clearly observed by the microscope,and partial hyperplasia tissue fusion existed,and the arrangement way was the slice,and the growth way was radial,and the local epithelial cells were shown stripe,and the frozen slices of 23 cases were shown metaplasia apocrine,accounting for 33.82%,and the diagnosis accuracy rate of frozen slices was 60.29%(41/68)and misdiagnosis rate was 39.71%(27/68).Conclusion Even through the operation of frozen slice pathology diagnosis is simple,the accuracy still needs to be further improved,and we should conduct the comprehensive diagnosis in clinic combined with symptoms,imaging examination and laboratory examination.
