血清降钙素原在老年心衰合并肺炎患者抗感染治疗中的应用价值分析

Application Value of Serum Procalcitonin in Anti-infective Therapy for Elderly Patients with Heart Failure and Pneumonia

目的分析血清降钙素原在老年心衰合并肺炎患者抗感染治疗当中的应用价值。方法方便选取2017年1月—2018年6月该院所收治的老年性心衰合并肺炎患者80例为对象,根据随机数字法将80例患者分为观察组与参照组,观察组按照血清降钙素原指标使用抗生素药物,对照组则按照病情实施治疗。观察两组患者C反应蛋白指标与住院时间指标情况。对两组患者用药之后不良反应发情况进行观察,不良反应发生症状主要是过敏反应、呼吸系统反应、消化道反应等。结果观察组患者经治疗后C反应蛋白指标(12.4±2.8)g/L要显著低于参照组,两组之间数据差异有统计学意义(t=10.71,P<0.05)。观察组患者住院时间(11.2±1.2)d要显著短于参照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(t=13.69,P<0.05)。观察组治疗当中的不良反应发生率为5.0%(2/40),参照组治疗当中的不良反应发生率为30.0%(12/40),两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清降钙素原指标在老年心衰患者合并肺炎疾病患者的抗感染治疗当中具有重要价值,能够有效提高临床的治疗效果,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the value of serum procalcitonin in anti-infective treatment of elderly patients with heart failure and pneumonia.Methods 80 patients with senile heart failure and pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were convenient selected and enrolled.According to the random number method,80 patients were divided into observation group and reference group.The observation group was serum calcium-lowering.The protoplasma index used antibiotics,while the control group was treated according to the condition.The C-reactive protein index and hospitalization time index of the two groups were observed.The adverse reactions were observed after the two groups of patients.The main symptoms of adverse reactions were allergic reactions,respiratory reactions,and digestive tract reactions.Results After treatment,the C-reactive protein index(12.4±2.8)g/L was significantly lower than that of the reference group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=10.71,P﹤0.05).The hospitalization time(11.2±1.2)d of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the reference group,and the data of the two groups were significantly different(t=13.69,P﹤0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.0%(2/40),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the reference group was 30.0%(12/40).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Serum procalcitonin index is of great value in the anti-infective treatment of elderly patients with heart failure and pneumonia.It can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
