硝苯地平联合缬沙坦、辛伐他汀治疗肺动脉高压的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Nifedipine Combined with Valsartan and Simvastatin in Treatment of Pulmonary Artery Hypertension

目的对两组肺动脉高压患者进行不同的治疗方法,比较两组临床效果,探究两种治疗方法的特点。方法从来该院诊治的2012年1月—2017年1月的肺动脉高压患者中随机抽取50例,随机分为治疗组25例实施硝苯地平(30mg/d)+缬沙坦(开始40 mg,后加量至80 mg/d)+辛伐他汀(20 mg/d)口服,对照组25例选择缬沙坦开始40 mg,后加量至80 mg/d)+辛伐他汀(20 mg/d)口服,比较两组临床效果。结果治疗后治疗组6 min步行距离水平为(370.24±32.02)m,(373.26±32.11)m,(380.20±31.12)m,(388.24±31.32)m,(390.27±30.02)m,高于对照组(t=3.673,P<0.05);治疗后疗组PAPs、PAPd、PAPm水平分别为(33.13±0.32)mmHg,(32.66±0.25)mmHg,(32.79±0.4)mmHg,高于治疗组(t=5.824,P<0.05),两组各指标水平治疗后低于治疗前(t=4.872,P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平、缬沙坦和辛伐他汀联合用药治疗肺动脉高压效果良好,物美价廉,是一项值得推广的治疗肺动脉高压的方案。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of nifedipine combined with valsartan and simvastatin in treatment of pulmonary artery hypertension and study the features of the two treatment methods.Methods 50 cases of patients with pulmonary artery hypertension admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each,the treatment group were treated with nifedipine 30 mg/d and valsartan(40 mg at the beginning,increasing to 80 mg/d),and oral administration of simvastatin 20 mg/d,while the control group selected valsartan(40mg at the beginning,increasing to 80 mg/d),and oral administration of simvastatin 20 mg/d,and the clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the 6-min walking distance levels in the treatment group after treatment were respectively(370.24±32.02)m,(373.26±32.11)m,(380.20±31.12)m,(388.24±31.32)m,(390.27±30.02)m,which were higher than those in the control group(t=3.673,P﹤0.05);after treatment,the PAPs,PAPd,PAPm levels in the treatment group were respectively(33.13±0.32)mmHg,(32.66±0.25)mmHg,(32.79±0.4)mmHg,which were higher than those in the control group(t=5.824,P﹤0.05),after treatment,the levels of various indexes were lower than those before treatment(t=4.872,P﹤0.05).Conclusion The effect of nifedipine combined with Valsartan and simvastatin in treatment of pulmonary artery hypertension is good,it is cheap and fine,and it is a plan worth promotion.
