针对性护理在小儿肺炎护理中的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Targeted Nursing in Children with Pneumonia

目的探析小儿肺炎护理中引入针对性护理方法取得的临床效果。方法方便收集该院儿科2017年2月—2018年2月肺炎患儿78例资料,依据入院顺序分组,将给予常规护理、针对性护理的患儿分别纳入对照组与观察组,每组患儿均39例,观察两组患儿临床治疗效果、症状缓解时间以及患儿家属满意率情况。结果临床疗效观察对比,治疗有效率观察组95.92%,与对照组83.67%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.009,P=0.045<0.05)。观察组的咳嗽症状消退时间、体温恢复正常时间、住院时间分别为(4.50±1.00)d、(1.20±0.50)d、(7.00±0.50)d,低于对照组(6.50±1.20)d、(2.60±0.80)d、(9.80±1.00)d,组间差异有统计学意义(t=8.963、10.388、17.531,P=0.000、0.000、0.000<0.05)。观察组健康教育、症状控制、生活照料、治疗护理满意度分别为(8.7±1.1)分、(7.9±1.1)分、(8.5±1.0)分、(9.3±0.5)分,均高于对照组(7.2±1.5)分、(6.8±1.2)分、(7.3±1.2)分、(8.0±1.8)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.645、4.730、5.378、4.871,P=0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000<0.05)。结论肺炎患儿临床护理中,引入针对性护理干预模式,对帮助患儿快速改善临床症状、提高患儿家属满意度均有积极作用,应在护理实践中应用推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of targeted nursing in children with pneumonia.Methods 78 cases of children with pneumonia admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to admission order,with 39 cases in each,the control group used the routine nursing,while the observation group used the targeted nursing,and the clinical treatment effect,symptom relief time and satisfactory rate of children’s family were observed.Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 95.92%and 83.67%,and the difference was obvious(χ^2=4.009,P=0.045﹤0.05),and the cough symptom regression time,body temperature returning to normal time,length of stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(4.50±1.00)d,(1.20±0.50)d,(7.00±0.50)d vs(6.50±1.20)d,(2.60±0.80)d,(9.80±1.00)d],and the differences between groups were statistically significant(t=8.963,10.388,17.531,P=0.000,0.000,0.000﹤0.05),and the health education,control of symptoms,life care and treatment nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,[(8.7±1.1)points,(7.9±1.1)points,(8.5±1.0)points,(9.3±0.5)points vs(7.2±1.5)points,(6.8±1.2)points,(7.3±1.2)points,(8.0±1.8)points],and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.645,4.730,5.378,4.871,P=0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000﹤0.05).Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention model in clinical nursing of children with pneumonia can help children rapidly improve the clinical symptoms,and improve the satisfactory degree of children’s family,and it can be promoted and applied in the clinical practice.
