四维牵引联合中药熏药治疗腰椎间盘突出症75例临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Curative Effect of Four-dimensional Traction Combined with TCM Fumigating Medicine in Treatment of 75 Cases with Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

目的评价四维牵引联合中药熏药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法方便选取2016年6月—2018年1月该医院收治的150例腰椎间盘突出症患者入组,按照入院顺序随机对照研究。对照组75例常规牵引配合舒筋散熏药组方熏蒸,观察组四维牵引替换常规牵引,对比疗效。结果观察组愈显率87.8%高于对照组69.4%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.382、P=0.007,P<0.05)。观察组治疗后、6个月后的VAS、ODI评分(1.6±0.5)分、(1.4±0.7)分、(8.4±3.1)分、(8.0±3.0)分,低于对照组(2.3±0.7)分、(2.5±0.7)分、(10.4±3.5)分、(10.5±3.3)分(t=7.047、9.623、3.705、4.855),治疗后6个月后的JOA评分(28.2±2.2)分高于对照组(25.2±2.0)分(t=8.738,P=0.000),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四维牵引联合中药熏药治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效优于常规牵引治疗。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of four-dimensional traction combined with TCM fumigating medicine in treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods 150 cases of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2016 to January 2018 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 75 cases in each,the control group used the routine traction combined with fumigation,while the observation group used the four-dimensional traction replacing the routine fumigating,and the curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results The markedly effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(87.8%vs 69.4%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.382,P=0.007,P﹤0.05),and the VAS,ODI scores after treatment and in 6 months after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(1.6±0.5)points,(1.4±0.7)points,(8.4±3.1)points,(8.0±3.0)points vs(2.3±0.7)points,(2.5±0.7)points,(10.4±3.5)points,(10.5±3.3)points](t=7.047,9.623,3.705,4.855),and the JOA score in 6 months after treatment were higher than those in the control group,[(28.2±2.2)points vs(25.2±2.0)points](t=8.738,P=0.000),and the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of four-dimensional traction combined with TCM fumigating medicine in treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc is better than that of routine traction treatment.
