腹部创伤的CT诊断及其临床价值分析

Analysis of CT Diagnosis and Its Clinical Value of Abdominal Trauma

目的分析腹部创伤采用CT检查诊断的临床应用价值。方法方便选取2015年5月—2018年6月腹部创伤患者50例作为观察对象,50例患者男性有34例,女性患者有16例,年龄均在20～60岁之间,对50例患者均实施螺旋CT腹部创伤检查。结果 CT检查结果显示,肝破裂10例、脾破裂21例、肠破裂7例、肾挫伤包膜下血肿10例、外伤性隔疝1例,其中有合并骨盆骨折,腰椎骨折,尿道断裂,肠系膜巨大血肿1例。50例临床治疗结果与CT检查诊断结果比较,螺旋CT检查结果有出现误诊与漏诊的现象,两者之间数据比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.04,P<0.05)。结论螺旋CT扫描检查在腹部创伤疾病诊断当中具备诊断准确度高且快速安全特征,按照患者状况选择性实施CT增强扫描检查,能够有效提高诊断准确度。螺旋CT检查对腹部创伤患者,具备较高的诊断准确度,能够有效提高临床的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the CT diagnosis and its clinical value of abdominal trauma.Methods 50 cases of patients with abdominal trauma in our hospital from May 2015 to June 2018 were convenient selected as the observation objects,including 34 male cases,and 16 female cases,and the age was between 20 and 60 years old,and 50 cases of patients were for spiral CT abdominal trauma examination.Results The CT examination results showed that there were 10 cases with hepatic rupture,21 cases with lienal rupture,7 cases with intestinal rupture,10 cases with subcapsular hematoma of renal contusion,1 case with traumatic diaphragmatic hernia,and 1 case with mesenteric giant hematoma,and the comparison of clinical treatment effect of 50 cases and CT examination diagnosis results showed that there were missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis shown by the spiral CT examination results,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^2=4.04,P﹤0.05).Conclusion The accuracy degree of spiral CT scan in diagnosis of abdominal trauma diseases is high,and it is safe and rapid,and the CT enhanced scan examination can be used after selection according to the conditions of patients,which can effectively improve the diagnosis accuracy degree,and the accuracy degree of spiral CT examination in patients with abdominal trauma is higher,and it can effectively improve the clinical application value.
