子宫内膜病变诊断中经阴道超声与腹部超声的应用

Application of Transvaginal Ultrasound and Abdominal Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Endometrial Lesions

目的探讨子宫内膜病变诊断过程当中采用阴道超声检查和腹部超声检查的临床应用价值。方法方便选取2017年1月—2018年4月在该院进行子宫内膜病变诊断的80例患者作为研究对象,将80例患者分为腹部超声组与阴道超声组,对两组检查方式的诊断结果进行观察比较。结果腹部超声组对子宫内膜病变诊断准确度为70.0%(28/40),阴道超声组对子宫内膜病变诊断准确度为95.0%(38/40),阴道超声组诊断符合度要显著高于腹部超声组(χ~2=8.66,P<0.05)。结论阴道超声检查诊断结果要与手术、宫腔镜或诊断刮宫术后病理检查结果更为相符,能有效提高子宫内膜病变诊断的临床效果,促进临床治疗与恢复。

Objective To study the clinical application value of transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of endometrial lesions.Methods 80 cases of patients with endometrial lesions diagnosed in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were convenient selected as the research objects and divided into two groups,including the abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound group,and the diagnosis results of the two groups was observed and compared.Results The accuracy of abdominal ultrasound group and transvaginal ultrasound group in diagnosis of endometrial lesions was respectively 70.0%(28/40)and 95.0%(38/40),and the coincidence rate was obviously higher than that in the abdominal ultrasound group(χ^2=8.66,P﹤0.05).Conclusion The transvaginal ultrasonography diagnosis results should more meet the pathological examination results of operation,hysteroscope or pathological examination results after the uterine curettage,which can effectively improve the clinical effect of endometrial lesions,and promote the clinical treatment and recovery.
