摘要
类石墨相氮化碳(g-C_3N_4)是一种可见光响应的有机聚合物半导体催化材料,因比表面积小和吸附性能差等缺点限制了其实际应用。对g-C_3N_4的各种掺杂、复合、负载等改性研究一直是材料化学研究领域的热点之一,分类总结了近几年国内外文献报道的关于g-C_3N_4多孔材料负载、与半导体材料形成同型或异型异质结复合物等研究,以探讨g-C_3N_4今后的改性研究方向。
Graphite-like carbon nitride(g-C3N4)is an organic polymer semiconductor material and visible light-responsive.Its practical application is limited by its small BET area and low absorbability.Various modifications of g-C3N4 such as doping,composition and loading have always been one of the hotspots in the field of materials chemistry.This review summarizes the research of g-C3N4 on porous material loading,isomorphic or heterojunction composition with semiconductor materials reported in recent years at home and abroad to explore the future research direction of the modification for g-C3N4.
