我国城乡收入差距收敛性研究——基于政府投资视角

Research on the Convergence of Urban-Rural Income Gap in China——From the Perspective of Government Investment

文章采用中国30个省份1999-2017年的面板数据,通过构建政府投资与城乡收入差距的收敛模型,研究政府投资与城乡收入差距关系的收敛性。研究结果表明:政府投资呈现β收敛,政府投资越高,区域间投资差距缩小速度越快;东部地区政府投资收敛速度最快,即半生命周期最短,中高水平政府投资收敛性显著,均高于低水平政府投资;不同区域城乡收入差距变化趋势是收敛的,城乡收入差距的收敛速度小于政府投资收敛速度,东部地区及高政府投资区域的政府投资收敛性对城乡收入差距收敛性的影响更为明显。总体而言,政府投资结构的收敛促进城乡收入差距收敛,因此防止政府投资过快可以有效降低城乡收入差距。

This paper uses the panel data of 30 provincial-level administrative areas in China from 1999 to 2017 to study the convergence of government investment and urban-rural income gap by constructing a convergence model of government invest.ment and urban-rural income gap.The results show that:Government investment presents β convergence,the higher the gov.ernment investment,the faster the regional investment gap shrinks.The government in the eastern region has the fastest conver.gence of investment,namely the shortest half life cycle.The convergence of high and medium level government investment is remarkable,which is higher than that of low level government investment;The change trend of urban-rural income gap in dif.ferent regions is convergent,and the convergence rate of urban-rural income gap is less than that of government investment.Among them,the convergence of government investment in the eastern region and the higher government investment regions has a more significant impact on the convergence of urban-rural income gap;Generally speaking,the convergence of govern.ment investment structure promotes the convergence of urban-rural income gap.Therefore,preventing the government from in.vestment too fast can effectively reduce the urban-rural income gap.
