高盐废水超临界水氧化处理过程的响应面优化 被引量:4

摘要 高盐废水具有含盐量高、有机污染物质量分数高且难于生化降解等特点,已经成为工业废水处理的一大难题。采用响应面方法(RSM)对超临界水氧化处理高盐废水的工艺参数进行优化,考察了温度、压力和反应时间对高盐废水总溶解固体物(TDS)去除效果的影响;建立了TDS去除率与各个因素之间的二次多项式数学模型;得出各因素对TDS去除率的影响大小为压力>温度>反应时间;在温度480℃、压力22 MPa、反应时间50 s的工艺条件下,废水TDS去除率达到93.69%。 High salinity wastewater was generally characterized with high concentration of salt and organ ic contaminants.It became a difficult problem for industrial wastewater treatment.The process of supercritical water oxidation(SCWO)for high salinity wastewater treatment was optimized using response surface method ology(RSM).The effects of temperature,pressure and reaction time on removal efficiency of total dissolved solids(TDS)were investigated.A quadratic polynomial mathematical model between TDS removal rate and var ious factors was established.It was concluded that the order of influence of each factor on TDS removal rate was pressure >temperature >reaction time.The TDS removal rate of wastewater reached 93.69%under the conditions of temperature 480℃,pressure 22 MPa and reaction time 50 s.
