摘要
以乙酸铜[Cu(CH_3COO)_2·H_2O]为铜源、乙醇或水为溶剂、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)或十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为表面活性剂,通过水解方法在80℃下制备纳米氧化铜(CuO)。运用XRD、TEM、UV-Vis等检测手段分别对样品的晶相、微观形貌等进行分析,得到了球状、平均粒径为4.8、58.7和436.0 nm的3种氧化铜颗粒。将制备的氧化铜进行抗菌测试,结果表明小尺寸氧化铜对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌表现出更好的抗菌性。
With copper acetate as copper source,ethanol or deionized water as solvent,polyvinylpyrrolidone or sodium lauryl sulfate as surfactant,copper oxide(CuO)particles were prepared by the hydrolysis method under 80℃.The phase and microstructure of samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM)and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-Vis).Three kinds of CuO with particle size of 4.8,58.7 and 436.0 nm were obtained.The antibacterial property of CuO particles with different sizes were tested.The result showed that the small size of CuO particles displayed better antibacterial property to E.coli and S.aureus.
