摘要
筛选了适合在弱碱性、双氧水存在下染色的分散染料。重点研究了10种常用分散染料在弱酸性、弱碱性、氧漂条件下的染色性能,比较了染色后织物的色度学数值L*、a*、b*、K/S值、明度差、饱和度差、总色差等。结果表明:大多数分散染料可以用于漂染一浴工艺,而分散红FB在弱碱性、双氧水条件下染色时,色度学数值与酸性条件下差异较大。分散深蓝HGL、分散橙S-4RL等不适合在弱碱性条件下染色。
The disperse dyes which was suitable for dyeing in weak alkaline and hydrogen peroxide were selected.The dyeing properties of 10 kinds of common disperse dyes in weak acidic,weak alkaline and oxygen bleaching conditions were studied.The color data L^*,a^*,b^*,K/S,lightness difference,chroma difference and total color difference of dyed fabric were compared.The results showed that the most disperse dyes were suitable in one bath process.When disperse red FB was dyed in weak alkaline and hydrogen peroxide,the chromaticity value is quite different from that in acidic condition.Disperse blue HGL,disperse orange S-4RL etc.were not suitable for dyeing in weak alkaline condition.
