胃癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率居恶性肿瘤的第2位,死亡率居第3位。外科手术仍是其主要的治疗手段,而随着腹腔镜技术的不断发展与成熟,腹腔镜下微创治疗近端胃癌也越来越被采用,消化道重建方式也层出不穷。安全、有效且合理的消化道吻合是保证病人预后的关键所在。本文将围绕腹腔镜近端胃切除治疗近端胃癌中不同的消化道重建方式进行综述。

Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in China,and its incidence and mortality rank second and third respectively among malignant tumor.Surgery is still the main treatment method.With the continuous development and maturity of laparoscopic technology,laparoscopic minimally invasive treatment is more commonly used for proximal gastric cancer,and alimentary tract reconstruction methods emerge in endlessly.Safe,effective and reasonable gastrointestinal anastomosis is the key to ensure the prognosis of patients.This article will review the different methods of gastrointestinal reconstruction in the treatment of proximal gastric cancer with laparoscopic proximal gastrectomy.
