中国创新型城市建设10年——基于理论与实践的双视角

10 Years of China's Innovative City Construction——From the Perspective of Theory and Practice

文章基于理论和实践的双视角,梳理10年来中国创新型城市在理论和实践两方面的研究现状,总结我国创新型城市建设存在的三个特点:国家战略引领,政府为主导的建设模式;创新型城市试点政策的"马太效应";以及实践中标杆化泛滥,理论研究中政策性缺失等。综合当前实践与理论研究现状与特点,提出我国创新型城市建设未来实践及学术研究进一步拓展和完善的建议。

Based on the two perspectives of theory and practice,this paper reviews the research status of innovative cities in China in the past 10 years in both theory and practice,and summarizes the three characteristics of innovative city construction in China:national strategy leading,government-led construction mode;Matthew effect of pilot policy for innovative cities as well as the overflow of benchmarking in practice,the lack of policy in theoretical research and so on.Based on the current situation and characteristics of practice and theoretical research,this paper puts forward some suggestions for further development and improvement of future practice and academic research in the construction of innovative cities in China.
