文章从社会组织管理体制、社会组织管理权力、社会组织组织结构以及资金来源渠道等要素入手,将建国以后我国政府与社会组织发展分为高度依附时期、政府主导社会组织以及政府与社会组织合作三个发展阶段。对其发展背后的逻辑,文章从制度变迁的视角下,依据多重制度逻辑理论,认为在制度变迁过程中主要存在着政府的逻辑、社会组织的逻辑以及公民的逻辑。
