体育教育专业武术教学创新创业能力培养模式探索

On the Training Model of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Ability in Wushu Teaching of Physical Education Major

当前,就业形势严峻,人才市场竞争异常激烈,就体育教育专业武术教学而言,开展创新创业教育,培养专业学生的创新创业能力培养和提升对于促进学生顺利就业,实现自身价值具有重要意义。相对于其他专业而言,体育教育专业武术方向的学生在就业中能够选择的道路更为有限,似乎只有武术教育、武术职业运动员、武术教练这几个可供选择的项目,对此,开展武术专业学生的创新创业能力培养,能够拓展武术学生的就业范围,能够进一步提升武术方向毕业生的就业创业能力,实现教育服务学生更好的人生的功能。文章分析目前体育教育专业武术教学创新创业教育的现状,强调武术教学中对学生创新创业能力培养的重要性,并有针对性地提出体育教育专业武术教学中创新创业能力培养的有效模式和途径。

At present, the employment situation is grim, and the competition of talent market is extremely fierce. As far as Wushu teaching of physical education major is concerned, it is of great significance to carry out innovative entrepreneurship education and cultivate students'innovative entrepreneurship ability for promoting students' smooth employment and realizing their own value. Compared with other majors, students majoring in Wushu in physical education have more limited choices in employment. It seems that only Wushu education, professional Wushu athletes and Wushu coaches are available. To this end, the development of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students majoring in Wushu can expand Wushu studies. The scope of students'employment can further enhance the employment and entrepreneurship ability of graduates in Wushu direction, and realize the function of education serving students' better life. This paper analyses the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Wushu teaching of physical education specialty, emphasizes the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship training in Wushu teaching, and puts forward the effective mode and way of innovation and entrepreneurship training in Wushu teaching of physical education specialty.
