文章通过运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和田野调查法等研究方法,从心理学、运动生理学、教育学等角度对医学院校体育教学内容改革的必要性进行研究,以期使学生在满足身体锻炼的同时,能够把医学专业和我们体育运动项目结合起来,使他们以后在自己的工作岗位上可以更好地利用它为社会服务。

This paper makes a study on the necessity of the reform of sports teaching content in medical colleges and universities from the perspectives of psychology, sports physiology and pedagogy by using the methods of literature, logic analysis and field investigation, in order to make students satisfy physical exercise. They can combine the medical profession with our sports programs so that they can make better use of it in their own jobs for the benefit of society.
