摘要
针对现有的矿井提升设备状态监测系统布线复杂及传输状态欠稳定等问题,设计了基于ZigBee和GPRS相结合的全无线方式提升设备运行数据远程监测系统。分析了该系统的框架及功能设计,介绍了该系统的硬件及节点功能设计,详细阐述了该系统的软件设计。实验测试及结果分析表明,该系统可以实时监测矿井提升设备的运行信息并高效存储,方便后期故障诊断时调用。该系统总体结构易搭建、可扩展性强、实用性好,填补了两种技术融合的监测系统在提升设备状态监测应用的空白。
In view of the complicated wiring and unstable transmission of the existing mine hoisting equipment status monitoring system,a wireless remote monitoring system for mine hoisting equipment operation data based on integration of ZigBee and GPRS was designed.The framework and function design of the system were analyzed and the hardware and node function design were introduced,and the software design was elaborated.The experimental measurement and analysis results showed that the system could monitor the operation information of mine hoisting equipment in real time and saved effectively for fault diagnosis in later period.The system's overall structure was easy to buit and had strong expandability and great practicability,it filled the gap of application of monitoring system with integration of ZigBee and GPRS in mine hoisting equipment status monitoring.
