配煤煤质对其捣固焦强度的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 以黄陵1/2中黏煤、朝川1/3焦煤、焦煤和瘦煤为研究对象,通过调整黄陵1/2中黏煤、朝川1/3焦煤和焦煤配入量改变配煤煤质,并采用40kg级铁箱焦炉试验研究配煤煤质对其捣固焦强度的影响。利用IMB SPSS statistics 21软件对配煤煤质参数与焦炭强度参数进行相关性分析,并对配煤煤质参数之间进行因子分析。研究结果表明,用黄陵1/2中黏煤部分替代朝川1/3焦煤和焦煤进行配煤炼焦,其焦炭强度符合三级及以上国家标准要求;除壳质组含量外,其它大部分煤质参数与焦炭强度均呈较强的相关性;影响焦炭强度的配煤煤质参数之间可分为煤的变质程度单位因子、煤的有机显微组成单位因子,且此二因子同解释累计值高达98.306%。 The authors took1/2medium caking coal of Huangling Coal Mine,and fat coal,1/3coking coal,coking coal and lean coal of Chaochuan coking plant as research object,according to changed coal blending coal quality by adjusting the proportions of1/2medium caking coal of Huangling Coal Mine and1/3coking coal,coking coal of Chaochuan coking plant to studied the influence of coal blending coal quality on the tamping coke strength by using40kg grade iron box coke oven experiment,and also conducted correlation analysis between coal blending coal quality parameters and coke strength parameters by using IMB SPSS statistics21.The results showed that the coke strength meets the third-class and above national standards when using1/2medium caking coal of Huangling Coal Mine to replace1/3coking coal and coking coal of Chaochuan coking plant,except for the exinite,the other coal blending coal quality parameters had strong correlation with the coke strength,coal blending coal quality parameters could be divided into coal metamorphic degree factor and organic maceral factor,and the contribution value of this two factors is as high as98.306%.
