摘要
针对新疆淖毛湖长焰煤、准东不粘煤和伊犁不粘煤这3种烟煤,进行了煤的化学结构、热解特性和动力学分析研究。采用傅立叶红外光谱分析仪研究了煤样的化学结构,采用热重分析仪对煤样进行了热解,并利用n级单一反应模型进行了动力学分析。分析结果表明,新疆烟煤结构拥有较多羟基和脂肪烃,初始热解温度约为190℃,采用n级单一反应模型描述热解过程,当n取2时适合剧烈热解阶段,n取1时适合缩聚、二次裂解阶段。
The authors took Xinjiang Naomaohu long flame coal,Zhundong non-caking coal and Yili non-caking coal as samples to analytical investigated chemical structure by using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer(FTIR),pyrolysis characteristic by using thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and kinetics by using n-stage single reaction mode.The results showed that structure of Xinjiang bituminous coal had more hydroxyl and aliphatic hydrocarbons and the initial pyrolysis temperature was about190℃.In the process of pyrolysis by using n-stage single reaction mode,when n was2in the intense pyrolysis stage,n was suitable for1in polycondensation and secondary cracking stages.
