宁夏清水河流域生态水量确定及保障措施浅析

Analysis on ecological water flow in the Qingshuihe River Basin of Ningxia and safeguarding measures

新时代治水思路下,生态水量在区域水资源管理和保护中越来越重要。对清水河流域水资源和水生态等条件进行分析的基础上,采用不同方法计算清水河流域生态流量和生态水量,结合清水河功能目标和保护要求等,确定区域的生态水量,提出生态水量保障措施,为流域水资源管理和保护提供参考。

Under the idea of water control in the new era, ecological water quantity is becoming more and more important in the management and protection of regional water resources. Based on the analysis of water resources and water ecology in the Qingshuihe River Basin, this paper calculates the ecological flow and water quantity in the Qingshuihe River Basin by different methods. Combining with the functional objectives and protection requirements of the Qingshuihe River Basin, this paper determines the regional ecological water quantity and puts forward the safeguard measures of the ecological water quantity, which can improve the management and protection of water resources in the Qingshuihe River Basin.
