小牛脾提取物注射液对晚期恶性肿瘤患者的疗效、免疫功能的影响

Effects of calf spleen extractive injection on curative effect and immune function of patients with advanced malignant tumor

目的探讨小牛脾提取物注射液对晚期恶性肿瘤患者的疗效、免疫功能的影响。方法选择晚期恶性肿瘤患者160例,常规组给予基础治疗,实验组加用小牛脾提取物注射液,对比两组疗效。结果实验组与常规组的缓解率分别为55.00%与43.75%,P <0.05;治疗后实验组的T细胞亚群检测值明显优于常规组,P <0.05;实验组不良反应发生率明显低于常规组,P <0.05。结论对晚期恶性肿瘤患者给予小牛脾提取物注射液便于改善其免疫功能,减少不良反应。

Objective To explore effects of calf spleen extractive injection on curative effect and immune function of patients with advanced malignant tumor.Methods 160 patients with advanced malignant tumors were selected.The conventional group was given basic treatment while the experimental group was given basic treatment and calf spleen extractive injection.Curative effects of two groups were compared.Results Remission rates of the experimental group and the conventional group were 55.00%and 43.75%respectively,P<0.05.After treatment,the T-cell subgroup detection value of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the conventional group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion Administration of calf spleen extractive injection to patients with advanced malignant tumors can improve their immune function and reduce adverse reactions.
