脑卒中患者心理的循证护理干预

Evidence-based nursing intervention on the psychology of stroke patients

目的探讨脑卒中患者心理的循证护理干预效果。方法选取我院2017年1月～2018年3月收治76例脑卒中患者作为此次研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各38例,对照组给予常规护理,包括生活指导、用药护理及基础心理护理,观察组则给予循证护理干预,对比两组患者干预前后心理状态。结果干预前两组患者HAMD、HAMA以及CPSS、GSES比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);干预后观察组HAMA、HAMD以及CPSS评分明显低于对照组,GSES评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论为脑卒中患者实施循证护理干预,加强心理疏导,有助于改善其心理状态,提高自我效能感,值得在临床推广实施。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on the psychology of stroke patients.Methods 76 stroke patients treated in our hospitalfrom January 2017 to March 2018were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,each group had 38 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,included life guidance,medication nursing and basic psychological nursing.The observation group was given evidence-based nursing intervention,the psychological state of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results There was no significant difference in HAMD,HAMA,CPSS and GSES between the two groups before intervention(P >0.05);After intervention,HAMA,HAMD and CPSS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and GSES scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention for stroke patients,strengthen psychological guidance,it is helpful to improve their psychological state and self-efficacy.It is worth popularizing and implementing in clinic.
