脑出血患者应用早期评估单的效果及对静脉通路选择正确率的影响

The effect of early evaluation on patients with intracerebral hemorrhage and the choice of the correct rate of the venous pathway

目的探讨脑出血患者应用早期评估单的效果,对其静脉通路选择正确率的影响进行分析。方法选取2016年5月～2017年5月我院收治的脑出血患者110例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组治疗前不应用早期评估单干预治疗,研究组治疗前应用早期评估单,对比两组患者干预效果及对静脉通路选择正确率的影响。结果研究组患者治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组静脉通路选择正确率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论脑出血患者的治疗前期应用早期评估单治疗效果理想,能够极大提高患者静脉通路选择正确率,减少并发症发生几率,保证患者治疗效果,避免治疗中因病情恶化死亡等情况发生,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of early assessment in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and analyze the influence of the correct rate of intravenous pathway selection.Methods 110 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted during May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups randomly.The study group received early evaluation before treatment,while the control group did not.The effect of intervention on the two groups and the correct rate of selection of static pulse pathway were compared.Results The correct rate of the venous passage selection in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment with early evaluation in patients with cerebral hemorrhage helps significantly enhance the correct rate of the venous passage selection and at the same time reduces complications.The application of early evaluation ensures the therapeutic effect of patients,which can avoid treatment due to deterioration of the condition of death and other situations occurred,should be further popularized and applied in clinic.
