食管酸反流特点与反流性食管炎病情严重程度的相关性研究

A study of correlation between esophageal acid reflux characteristics and severity of reflux esophagitis

目的探究食管酸反流特点与反流性食管炎病情严重程度的相关性。方法从我院2016年1月～2017年12月选取100例反流性食管炎患者。根据病情的不同程度分为A组和B组,轻中度为观察A组,60例,重度为观察B组,40例,选取2016年1月～2017年12月的健康正常人60例,作为对照组,对比分析关参数和反流性食管炎相关性、不同程度反流性食管炎和反流持续超过5min次数、高酸型NR5、反流性食管炎和酸排量情况。结果与反流性食管炎相关系数最高的是反流持续时间超过5min的次数(NR5),随着反流性食管炎(RE)病情严重程度的增加,反流持续时间超过5min的次数也会不断增加(P <0.05)。观察A组中有或者伴有高酸型NR5食管酸反流的有36.67%,观察B组有或者伴有高酸型NR5食管酸反流的100%。观察B组的高峰酸排量(PAO)、最大胃酸分泌量(MAO)比观察A组大。结论反流性食管炎病情严重程度与反流持续时间超过5min的次数(NR5)密切相关,导致重度反流性食管炎的其中一个因素是食管高酸度NR5反流模式。

Objective To investigate the correlation between the characteristics of esophageal acid reflux and the severity of reflux esophagitis.Methods One hundred patients with reflux esophagitis were selected from January 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital.According to the different degrees of the disease,they were allocated to group A and group B.The mild to moderate group was observed in group A,60 cases,and the severe group was observed in group B,40 cases.60 healthy people from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected.As a control group,comparative analysis of parameters and reflux esophagitis,varying degrees of reflux esophagitis and reflux continued for more than 5 minutes,high acid type NR5,reflux esophagitis and acid discharge.Results The highest correlation coefficient with reflux esophagitis was the number of reflux durations longer than 5 min(NR5).As the severity of reflux esophagitis(RE)increased,the number of reflux durations exceeded 5min would continue to increase(P<0.05).36.67%of the patients in group A with or without high acid type NR5 esophageal reflux were observed.Group B was observed with or with 100%of high acid type NR5 esophageal acid reflux.The peak acid acid content(PAO)and the maximum gastric acid secretion(MAO)in group B were observed to be larger than those in group A.Conclusion The severity of reflux esophagitis is closely related to the duration of reflux(NR5).One of the factors leading to severe reflux esophagitis is the high acidity NR5 reflux pattern of esophagus.
