摘要
新形势下,高校设计课程研究中必须找准盲点。即由关注学生学习的结果转为对教学主体以及学习主体内在状态的关注。论文把其盲点放入奥托·夏莫的"U型理论"当中,在文化视角中探究了领导力的源头,深度剖析设计课程"土壤"质量,以U形思维模式诠释"U型理论"对设计课程的关联影响,以推进设计课程的改进与增强其实效性。
Under new situations and circumstances.Blind spots must be identified in the research of colleges curriculum design.Pay attention to the results of students'learning transitioning to the internal state of teaching subjects and learning subjects.This article puts blind spots into"U-Type theory"by Otto Shammo.It Explores the source of leadership in the cultural perspective.We take the deep analysis soil of curriculum course quality and Interpret the relevance Influence of"U-Type theory"on curriculum courses by using U-Type thinking mode which can advance the curriculum course to improve and enhance the effectiveness.
