架空配电线路巡线机器人智能充电坞与接口设计

摘要 为解决架空配电线路巡线机器人充电问题,设计了包括地面充电坞与塔上充电坞的风、光互补巡线机器人智能充电系统。分析了不同充电接口的运行特性,设计了智能充电坞的高频隔离DC/DC变换器PWM整流结构接口,并运用PSCAD/EMTDC进行仿真,验证了架空配电线路巡线机器人智能充电坞与接口运行的稳定性和可靠性。 In order to solve the charging problem of the patrol robot of overhead distribution line,an intelligent wind-solar hybrid charging system for patrol robots is designed,including ground charging dock and towel charging dock.By analyzing the operating characteristics of different charging interfaces,the PWM rectification structure interface of high-frequency isolated DC/DC converter of the intelligent charging dock is designed.PSCAD/EMTDC is used to set up simulation models.The results verify the stability and reliability of the intelligent charging dock and interface operation of the patrol robot of overhead distribution line.
