含电压控制的小水电区域备自投装置研究

摘要 针对含小水电区域传统站内备自投须在母线失压后才动作,导致电网供电可靠性较低的问题,提出一种含电压控制的能快速恢复正常供电的区域备自投方案。在主供线路末端增设储能和D-STATCOM装置提高系统暂态稳定性,在备自投热备用线动作开关处增设自动捕捉准同期功能实现孤岛区域快速并网以提高系统供电可靠性。试运行结果表明,该方案在含小水电区域发生故障后能快速恢复孤岛区域正常供电,有效提高该区域供电可靠性。 In view of the shortcomings of low reliability of power supply automatic switching device in traditional stations in small hydropower stations which have to wait for the loss of mains voltage before they operate,this paper proposes a scheme with voltage control that can quickly restore normal power supply.Adding energy storage and D-STATCOM device at the end of the main supply line to improve the transient stability of the system,and at the same time,an automatic capture quasi-contemporaneous function is added at the action switch of the hot standby line of spare power automatic switching equipment to achieve the purpose of quick grid-connection in the isolated island area to improve the power supply reliability of the system.The results of the trial operation show that the scheme can quickly restore the normal power supply in the isolated island after the failure in the area containing small hydropower system,effectively improving the reliability of the power supply in the area.
