开关缺相的合环操作致主变中后备保护动作分析

摘要 分析了某地区一起220kV主变110kV侧开关跳闸事件,结合事故前电网运行方式和事故发生发展过程,给出了主变110kV侧跳闸原因。进一步根据保护装置动作信息,分析了故障演变及110kV线路和主变110kV侧开关同时跳闸的过程。最后针对双电源用户设备管理的薄弱问题,提出了加强双电源用户设备管控的技术和管理措施。 This paper analyzed the event of switch trip of 110kV side in 220kV main transformer in a certain area.Combining with the operation mode of the power grid before the accident and the event development process,this paper found the trip reason of 110kV side switch of the main transformer.Based on the action information of protection device,the process of fault evolution and simultaneous trip of 110kV line and main transformer 110kV side switches were analyzed.In the end,for the weak problem of dual power user′s equipment management,this paper raised technical and management measures to strengthen the control of dual power user′s electrical equipment.
