摘要
针对大型油浸式变压器风冷冷却器脏污会导致冷却容量下降,但是缺乏一种易于实施的精确量化指标,造成无法判断冷却器清洁度、冷却器清洗不彻底等问题,采用平均风速与额定风速之比作为冷却容量量化指标,并将100点测量法简化为8点测量法。现场测试结果证明了8点测量法的精确度满足工程应用需要,便于现场快速判断冷却器散热器是否清洁。
The cooling capacity decreases due to the dirt of the forced-air cooler of large oil-immersed transformer,but there is a lack of an accurate indicators that is easy to implement,resulting in the inability to judge the cleanliness of the cooler,the imcomplete cleaning of the cooler and other issues.The ratio of average wind speed and rated wind speed is used as the quantitative index of cooling capacity,and the 100-point measurement method is simplified to 8-point measurement method.Field test results prove that the accuracy of the 8-point measurement method satisfies the need of engineering apllications,which is convenient for the field to quickly judge whether the cooler radiator is clean.
