摘要
结合特高压设备类型变化对输电线路专业带电作业方式带来的影响,通过研制翼形卡、液压提升工具及绝缘软拉棒等特高压带电作业专用工具,解决了困扰特高压带电作业的现实问题。同时,通过精确计算作业过程中荷载情况和严格控制进出等电位安全距离、路径,成功在现场实施了特高压V型绝缘子串带电更换,为特高压输电线路带电检修工作扫除了技术障碍。
In this paper,combined with the impact of the change of UHV equipment type on the professional live working of transmission lines and the challenges raised,the practical problems for UHV live working are solved through the development of special tools for UHV live operation,such as wing clip,hydraulic lifting tool and insulating flexible pulling rod.At the same time,through the accurate calculation of various load conditions during the working and the strict control of the safe distance and path of incoming and outgoing equipotentials,the live replacement of UHV V-type insulator string was successfully implemented in the field,eliminating technical obstacles for the live maintenance of UHV transmission line.
