主泵电机导瓦瓦温爬升分析与处理

摘要 针对某核电#2机组#1主泵电机维修后试车时出现的上导瓦温度爬升问题,通过对比设备安装和运行数据,结合热平衡和摩擦发热原理,从润滑油流量体积和轴瓦间隙对导瓦温度的影响进行分析,找到缺陷原因是轴瓦间隙偏小。通过磨削导瓦支撑、调整垫块、放大导瓦间隙,上导瓦温度恢复正常。 The temperature rising problem of the upper pad after the repair of a nuclear power # 2 unit # 1 main pump motor was analyzed. The installation and operation data of the equipment were compared. Combined with the heat balance and friction heating principle, the influence of lubricating oil flow volume and shingle gap on shingle temperature were analyzed. By grinding the pad support, adjusting the shingle, enlarging the pad gap, the temperature returned to normal.
