纳米材料在肿瘤热疗中热增敏作用及其应用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 肿瘤是当代医学界探究的热点。随着医疗水平的不断发展,治疗肿瘤的手段也日趋多样化,除传统的手术治疗、放疗、化疗及靶向治疗以外,热疗正逐渐兴起并在肿瘤治疗中扮演着越来越重要的角色。热疗即通过各种方式局部或全身加热,使之上升到有效治疗温度并持续一段时间,利用正常组织与肿瘤组织对温度耐受能力的差异从而达到杀灭肿瘤细胞的作用[1]。
