立体旋转式育秧架设计与优化

摘要 为解决传统育秧方式占地面积大、温室育秧资源利用不充分等问题,研制了一种立体旋转式育秧架。育秧架创新性地采用转辊式结构,可保证育秧托盘始终保持与地面平行的姿位绕中心轴转动,实现对育秧温室内光、温、空气等资源的均衡利用。利用ANSYS对育秧架的主要承力部件—育秧托盘进行了应力分析和优化设计,结果表明:优化后旋转式育秧架最大形变量降低了43.95%,所受最大应力降低了78.80%。育秧效率分析结果表明:采用立体旋转式育秧架进行育秧单棚育秧效率可提高83.27%。本研究对培育优质秧苗、提高水稻机械化生产水平具有重要意义。 A new upright-rotation sprout cultivation frame was designed in this paper to overcome disadvantages such as traditional rice seedlings method covers a huge area, insufficient greenhouse seedlings of resource utilization. Sprout cultivation frame innovative adopt rotational-roller structure, ensures trays rotate the center axis and keep parallel with the floor, to realize the resource balanced utilization of light, temperature, etc in greenhouse, it is conductive to cultivate strong seeding. Conduct a stress analysis and optimization design of main strength parts cultivation trays. Results show that the biggest shape variable of optimized frame reduced 43.95%, maximum stress reduced 78.80%, the results of efficiency analysis indicate that The rice seeding efficiency of single greenhouse increased 83.27% after used upright-rotation sprout cultivation frame. This research is of important significance to cultivate high quality seedlings and raise the mechanization level of rice production.
