摘要
针对大葱在输送夹持中的断茎、堵塞等问题,结合大葱收获时的受力特性,设计了一套测量大葱茎秆起拔力的测试系统,并对该测试系统进行了机械、电路及软件等3大部分的设计。该系统主要由控制系统、执行机构、信息采集模块和人机交互界面4部分组成,可以实现数据的实时显示、存储、下载及曲线绘制等功能,还能完成最大拉力等参数的计算。试验结果表明:该测试系统精度高、稳定性好,测量误差不超过1%,可以满足大葱茎秆起拔力试验检测的需求,为进一步研究茎秆的力学性能提供了方便。
This paper aims at the problem of broken stems and jams in the process of carrying scallion, and combines the mechanical characteristics of scallion when harvested, a kind of control system for measuring the pulling force of scallions was designed. The control system was designed with three parts: mechanical, circuit and software, mainly include control section, executive body, information collection and HMI(Human-computer interaction interface). The system can realize real-time display, storage, download and curve drawing of data. At the same time, it can complete the calculation of the parameters such as maximum tension. The experiment results show that the system is reliable and has the features of high precision, with the deviation of collection data lower than 1%, which can fulfill the system requirements. It provides convenience for further studying the mechanical properties of stems.
