单体仿形双行绿豆播种机的设计与试验 被引量:3

摘要 为满足北方旱坡丘陵地区绿豆大垄双行栽培的农艺技术要求,设计了一种单体仿形双行绿豆播种机。该机采取单体独立悬挂结构设计,通过仿形连接装置连接多个单体施肥播种机,具有在旱坡丘陵地播种深度一致、适应能力强的特点;设计了精量播种、大垄双行种植结构,在实现节本增效的同时,使田间植株分布更加合理。试验结果表明:单体仿形双行绿豆播种机作业后,可实现大垄双行种植,双行间距为60~80mm;播种平均深度为33.8mm,施肥平均深度为65.8mm,种肥间距为45.6mm,株距为147mm。该机可一次性完成开沟、施肥、精量播种、覆土及镇压等作业,作业质量符合绿豆种植农艺要求。 In order to meet the agronomic technical requirements of mung bean double lines at one width ridge cultivation in the northern hilly areas.an Single profile double lines mungbean seeding-machine was designed.The seeding-machine adopts single independent suspension structure design,a plurality of unitary fertilizing planters are connected by means of a profiled connecting device, it has the same planting depth and adaptability in hilly land.We designed the structure that can precision sowing and double lines at one width ridge, to achieve the effect decreasing cost and increasing benefit , the distribution of plants in the field more reasonable. Field test results show that:after single profile double lines mungbean seeding-machine operation,can be achieved double ridge at one width ridge, the spacing between double line was 60-80 mm;the average depth of seeding was 33.8 mm, average depth of fertilization was 65.8 mm, the spacing between seed and fertilizer was 45.6 mm, and the spacing of plant was 14.7 mm. planting ditching, fertilization, precision sowing, cover and pressing can be finished at one time,quality of operation meets agronomic requirements of mung bean cultivation.
