摘要
以实现联合收割机测产功能为研究目标,设计了冲量式流量传感器,并将该核心部件与含水率、地速、割台高度等传感器结合,设计了基于Linux和Exynos4412的联合收割机测产系统,确保该系统工作在一个稳定的自动控制平台之上。为此,具体介绍了冲量式流量传感器的工作原理及系统的软硬件设计等。试验结果表明:联合收割机测产系统相对误差在8个百分点以内,系统稳定,准确率较高,能够达到设计要求。
In order to achieve the combine harvester yield function as the research object, it designs the impulse type flow sensor, the core components and the moisture content, speed, header height sensor combination design combine Linux and Exynos4412 yield measuring system based on the automatic control system work in a stable platform above. It introduces the working principle of impulse flow sensor, the design of software and hardware of the system. The experimental results show that the relative error of the combine harvester measuring system is less than 8 percentage points, and the system is stable and accurate, which can meet the design requirements.
