摘要
针对黑龙江垦区现阶段使用的大量国外进口配备CAN总线的拖拉机,研究了拖拉机作业报告生成技术,设计开发了作业报告单生成软件,并通过软件解析拖拉机CAN总线数据,获得拖拉机作业轨迹图及拖拉机作业数据,可以准确评价拖拉机作业性能,提高拖拉机作业效率。试验结果表明:利用作业报告单生成软件,可以获得便于打印、汇总整理的拖拉机作业报告单,提高了农机管理水平,为农机运用管理提供可靠依据。
Aiming at the large number of imported tractors equipped with CAN bus at the present stage of Heilongjiang reclamation area, this paper studies the tractor job report generation technology, designs and develops the job report generation software, analyzes the tractor CAN bus data by software, obtains the trajectory of the tractor and the tractor operation data, Can accurately evaluate the tractor operating performance, improve the efficiency of tractor operation. Test results show that the operation report generation software can easily print and summarize the tractor operation report card, improve the level of agricultural management, and provide a reliable basis for the management of agricultural machinery.
