摘要
针对当前火炮身管内径实时测量精度不高、难以满足部队技术保障需求的问题,采取模块化设计思路,研制了一套基于结构光的非接触式测量系统。该系统利用光学成像模块采集结构光图像,在控制模块的协调下,通过传动模块的带动,实现身管炮膛内径的全程测量。实验表明:标定参数β=0. 010 084 37时,身管内径的测量值基本在154. 85~154. 95 mm之间,与设计尺寸相比,测量误差≤0. 013 mm,能满足设计指标需求。
A new kind of non-contact measurement system based on structure light is designed in an effort to solve the problem of the real-time measurement accuracy of the gun barrel′s inner diameter so as to meet military technical support requirements.The system′s optical image part is to acquire the structure light stripe images,while the whole barrel inner diameter is measured through the control part and the transmission part.The experimental results show that when the calibration parameter is 0.01008437,the measurement value of the barrel inner diameter is between 154.85 mm and 154.95 mm.The measurement error is no greater than 0.013 mm in comparison with the design parameter,thus satisfying the design index requirements.
