摘要
针对新型舰船大功率密度推进电机低频隔振系统有限元实体建模计算代价大、结构尺寸不定等难题,以某新型推进电机隔振系统设计校核为背景,通过在有限元软件中建立隔振系统简化模型,分析了系统模态、船舶不同姿态下、主机不同工况下轴系对中校核。分析结果与理论模型的对比结果证明:基于有限元简化模型的船舶主机隔振系统研究方法简便可行,可为复杂隔振系统的设计及理论分析提供一种新的建模方法。
The high-power-density propulsion motors used in new-type naval ships are characterized by low mass,low rotary speed and high output torque,which leads to the problem of shafting alignment when applying the low-frequency vibration-isolating system.In the design of the isolation system for a now-type motor,a simplified finite element(FE)model is established.By comparing the analyzing results with theoretical analysis,it is revealed that the researching method based on simplified FE model upon motor isolation system is feasible,which provides a novel modeling method for the design and analysis of complicated isolating system.
