摘要
目的探讨空气污染与儿童发生急性中耳炎(Acute otitis media)、急性扁桃体炎(Acute tonsillitis的相关性。方法收集2015年9月至2016年8月期间云南省中医医院儿童急性中耳炎、急性扁桃体炎的所有病例,结合昆明市监测中心所提供的此期间的空气质量指数(air quality index, AQI)及细颗粒物(PM2.5)、可吸入颗粒(PM10)、SO2、NO2、CO、O36项空气污染物指标,采用单因素线性相关与Pearson相关分析各污染物与儿童急性中耳炎、急性扁桃体炎就诊人数的相关性。结果 PM2.5、PM10、SO2、NO2、CO、O3浓度与儿童急性中耳炎就诊人数的相关系数R值分别为0.538、0.873、0.858、0.696、0.599、-0.313,P值分别为0.007、0.000、0.000、0.001、0.004、0.097.PM2.5、PM10、SO2、NO2、CO、O3浓度与儿童急性扁桃体炎就诊人数的相关系数R值分别为0.528、0.600、0.878、0.583、0.488、-0.441,P值分别为0.008、0.002、0.000、0.003、0.026、0.032。结论 PM2.5、PM10、SO2、NO2、CO浓度与儿童急性中耳炎就诊人数呈显著正相关关系,O3浓度与儿童急性中耳炎就诊人数无显著相关关系。PM2.5、PM10、SO2、NO2、CO、O3浓度与儿童急性扁桃体炎就诊人数呈显著正相关关系,O3浓度与儿童急性扁桃体炎就诊人数呈显著负相关关系。
Objective To explore the correlation between air pollution and the number of children with acute otitis media and/or acute tonsillitis.Methods The cases of children with acute otitis media and/or acute tonsillitis were collected from september.2015 to august 2016,meanwhile the air quality index(AQI)and six kinds air pollutants including PM2.5,PM10,SO2,NO2,CO,O3,were analyzed.Then,the correlation between the concentration of each air pollutants and the number of children with acute otitis media and acute tonsillitis was analyzed by using single factor linear correlation and Pearson correlation.Results The correlation coefficient(R)between the concentrations of PM2.5,PM10,SO2,CO,NO2,O3 and the number of children with acute otitis media were 0.538,0.873,0.858,0.696,0.599,-0.313,the P values were 0.007,0.000,0.000,0.001,0.004 and 0.097.The correlation coefficient(R)between the concentrations of PM2.5,PM10,SO2,CO,NO2,O3 and the number of children with acute tonsillitis were 0.528,0.600,0.878,0.583,0.488,-0.441,the P values were 0.008,0.002,0.000,0.003,0.026,0.032.Conclusion sThere is a significant positive correlation between the concentration of PM2.5,PM10,SO2,NO2,CO and the number of children with acute otitis media,there is no significant correlation between the concentration of O3 and the number of children With acute otitis media.There is a significant positive correlation between the concentration of PM2.5,PM10,SO2,NO2,CO and the number of children with acute tonsillitis.There is a significant negative correlation between the concentration of O3 and the number of children with acute tonsillitis.
