摘要
线粒体是卵母细胞或胚胎细胞中数量最多的细胞器之一,提供细胞90%以上所需的能量,同时参与细胞周期的全部过程。在卵子、精子或胚胎发育过程中,线粒体的数量、分布及活性均受到严密有序的调控。卵母细胞老化、人类辅助生殖技术对卵子、精子老化、胚胎的处理手段、细胞内氧化应激反应或线粒体基因突变等均会影响线粒体功能,进而导致卵子或精子质量差,进而影响胚胎发育潜能。
Mitochondria is one of the most abundant organelles in oocytes or embryos,providing almost all the energy required by cells and participating in the necessary process of cell survival and development.During the development of oocytes,sperm or embryos,the number,distribution and activity of mitochondria are closely and orderly regulated.Oocytes aging and the treatment of oocytes or embryos by human assisted reproduction technology,the oxidative stress response in cells or the mutation of mitochondrial gene can all affect the mitochondrial function,thus lead to poor quality of oocytes or sperm and further affect the potential of embryo development.
