血流向量成像技术评价房间隔缺损的左室流场变化特点及能量损耗变化规律的研究进展 被引量:2

Evaluation and Development of Changes in Left Ventricular Flow Field and Energy Loss in Patients with Atrial Septal Defect by Blood Flow Vector Imaging

摘要 VFM技术以彩色多普勒技术为基础,通过对心腔内血流的分析来观察心腔血液速度、流量及涡流的时间-空间分布情况,实现了心腔内血流状态实时测量、准确定位,能较全面地评估人体复杂的血流状态。就VFM对于房间隔缺损的左室心腔血流流场运动状态及能量损耗变化规律的研究和进展作一综述。 VFM technology,based on color Doppler technology,analyzes the intracardiac blood flow and blood flow and observes the eddy current speed,heart cavity space time distribution,the intracardiac blood flow measurementand accurate positioning.It can comprehensively evaluate the complex human blood flow.In this paper,the research and progress of VFM on the movement state and energy loss of left ventricular blood flow in atrial septal defect are reviewed.
